I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not as described, the staff was unhelpful, and overall cleanliness was poor. I felt uncomfortable and overpaid for the experience.

The front desk attendant was quick to check in, which I appreciated, considering the anxiety that comes with slow check-ins. The room had a pleasant layout, but issues quickly surfaced. there was only one large towel for two people in the room, and it took multiple calls to get more. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were nonexistent, leaving much to be desired during my stay.

The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool with a cold drink. The hot tub was perfect for winding down after a long day. I would’ve loved a bit more variety at breakfast, but all in all, it was a great stay! 🌞

The staff was friendly, very helpful with a quick check-in and handlin all requests swiftly. The microwave and fridge in the room? That was a pleasant surprise , made snacks easy to manage.

I checked in and instantly felt uneasy due to the area's appearance. The lobby’s not truly a lobby, just a window for check-ins. Staff were behind bulletproof glass which put me off. My room had a strong smell of smoke and was not clean. I found hair in the sheets, which was gross. The furniture had stains and marks everywhere. No hot water in the shower made things worse. I noticed trash outside and felt unsafe with sketchy people loitering around. I left as soon as I could and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent stay.

I enjoyed the convenient walk to John Galvin Park and the tasty Mexican food just a short stroll away at Mariscos El Dorado, which made my stay worthwhile despite a few maintenance quirks in the hotel.
